About The Position

Karns Animal Hospital is Hiring a Kennel Technician! Karns Animal Clinic is on the hunt for a full-time kennel technician to add to their fantastic team. Responsibilities

Provides daily care for animals, including feeding, watering, and exercising
Cleans and sanitizes kennels, cages, and work areas to maintain a healthy environment
Monitors the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to the supervisor or veterinarian
Prepares animals for surgery by shaving, cleaning, and disinfecting surgical sites
Monitors anesthesia, vital signs, and patient status during surgery
Provides post-operative care, including monitoring recovery, managing pain, and dressing wounds
Sanitizes and packs surgical equipment
Ask for help and offer help to others
