Reporting into the Practice Manager, the Kennel Manager will be tasked with overseeing the operations of the kennel and kennel staff. Other responsibilities will include; Creating and implementing team member schedules Collaborating with the Practice Manager and Managing DVM on various projects Scheduling and invoicing grooming appointments, daycare, and boarding reservations Training and continual coaching of kennel team members Assisting team members with routine kennel tasks - walking, cleaning, monitoring, etc. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of supervisor experience and must have animal handling experience. The ideal candidate must meet all requirements listed below and have a full understanding of all job responsibilities.
