About The Position

At West Chester Pet Resort, we’re more than a boarding and daycare facility; we’re a luxury retreat where pets come to play, relax, and be cared for like royalty. Our nearly 5-acre resort was built with every detail in mind, from off-leash parks to deluxe suites and secure fencing. We’re looking for a Full-Time Kennel Attendant to join our close-knit team and help us keep tails wagging and paws playing- safely, joyfully, and with plenty of love. We’re located in a beautiful area surrounded by trails, shops, and parks - with easy access to Richmond for city convenience. Whether you’re local or relocating, you’ll find a warm welcome and a whole lot of wagging tails. Why you'll love us: Because we take “best friend” seriously. We offer premium pet boarding, supervised daycare, exotic pet stays, and more- all designed for comfort, fun, and peace of mind. With Chester Animal Clinic right next door, our guests are never far from expert care if needed. Here, you won’t just work—you’ll play, bond, and make a difference in the lives of pets and the people who love them. You might be a great fit if you: Love animals and understand how to read their behavior. Are dependable, hardworking, and not afraid to get a little messy. Can multitask in a fast-paced, active environment. Have strong communication skills and a caring attitude. Take pride in making pets (and their people) feel confident and cared for. Are eager to learn and be part of a team that lifts each other up.
