Sherwood South Animal Hospital & Emergency Center is now hiring a Full-Time Kennel Assistant to join their AMAZING team! This position would be ideal for students in the Pre-Vet or Vet Tech fields. Responsibilities

• Prepare feed for animals according to specific instructions
• Record important information about the animals’ condition, behavior and habits. Report any abnormal findings to a technician
• Be responsible for the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the clinic and property
• Assist with laundry and keep the area neat and organized
• Hold or restrain animals while assisting the Dr or Technician
• Alert a lead technician or the Dr of any abnormal findings with patients/boarders
