About The Position
Sugar Hill Animal Hospital is looking for a Kennel Assistant to join our team. This position is labor intensive, requiring you to be on your feet and outside in the elements for 10+ hours a day. The primary purpose of this role is to provide care and meet the basic needs of animals that are being boarded, attending doggie daycare, getting bathed, or are patients of Sugar Hill Animal Hospital. The Kennel Assistant will also interact with clients and must pay close attention to the animals' general health signs, promptly notifying technicians and veterinarians when a pet needs medical attention.
