Division: Management & Non-Union (MAN010) Band 3 Keiki Club Manager Primary Responsibilities: The Keiki Club Manager oversees the daily operations of the Mauna Kea Keiki Club and Westin Family Kids Club, ensuring compliance with all state and county childcare licensing requirements. This role is responsible for creating and enhancing programs that are safe, fun, and culturally enriching, blending Hawaiian culture, language, ecology, and history. The manager leads staff training, procures program materials, and ensures both clubs are clean, organized, and welcoming, delivering an exceptional experience for children and peace of mind for parents. Secondary Responsibility The Keiki Club Manager supports the execution of fitness and adult activity programming and ensures that operational standards are upheld at the Mauna Kea Fitness Center and the Westin Hapuna Wellness Center.
