This position is responsible for servicing kitchen exhaust systems by removing grease that has accumulated inside the ducts, hoods, fans and vents of exhaust systems of commercial kitchens. The role involves the set-up and take-down of equipment, power washing commercial kitchen exhaust systems to company and industry standards (NFPA 96), pre-scraping greasy buildup, and performing final clean-up in kitchens. The technician is also responsible for reporting work results, protecting and maintaining company equipment, inspecting and maintaining the truck and all related equipment, operating warehouse equipment and vehicles safely, adhering to company safety procedures, monitoring inventory, and safely handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
