This individual will coordinate all activities of the line to ensure the correct and efficient completion of the production schedule. Must be able to run both chunk and shred lines.
Requirements
- Must have ability to operate all equipment and machinery.
- Must have excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
- Physical requirements: bend, stoop, crawl and lift/carry a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Must be able to perform duties and meet company goals under limited supervision.

Responsibilities
- Perform proper training of all line personnel including packaging operator.
- Will train all line personnel in completing paperwork, reports, procedures and techniques.
- Ensure that product and materials get allocated to the line.
- Report equipment malfunctions and perform/assist in performing routine maintenance task on knockdown machinery.
- Ensure that all paperwork as well as system transactions are accurately completed and performed on a timely basis.
- Coordinate break and lunch periods/relief to ensure compliance with state laws and company policy.
- Also ensure compliance with safety, GMP’s, and other Saputo policies and procedures.
- Maintains a respectful, dignified and professional workplace climate at all times.
