About The Position

The Key Account Manager Food Service position at Liquid Environmental Solutions focuses on achieving revenue and profit goals by building and maintaining strong relationships with national accounts. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Required).
  • Four years of outside business-to-business sales experience, with at least two years in multi-location/regional/national account sales (Required).
  • Experience in managing and selling large accounts with significant revenue and multiple locations.
  • Strong time and territory planning skills.
  • Experience in consultative sales and account management strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and managing sales cycles.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Restaurant, Grocery, or Retail Industry.
  • Formal training in Consultative Selling Skills, Professional Selling Skills, or Strategic Selling Skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain outstanding professional business relationships with key executive level decision-making contacts.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to understand the prospects' business and marketplace needs.
  • Develop enhancements to existing services management programs to meet customer needs.
  • Motivate decision makers to take desired actions in the sales cycle.
  • Prepare and present value propositions, proposals, and RFP responses that address customer needs.
  • Responsible for the creation and presentation of Quarterly Service Reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and contract renewals.
  • Develop and execute an approved territory sales plan.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline in excess of $7.5 Million.
  • Schedule and conduct an average of seven in-person sales meetings weekly.
  • Document all sales activity and manage the pipeline using the Company CRM tool.
  • Lead implementations of new locations and lines of business.
  • Complete and submit weekly and monthly sales reports and updates.
  • Work within pricing, products, and services guidelines established by the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with field operations and corporate support staff.
  • Ensure timely communication with prospects and customers.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $75k to $85k with uncapped commission (total OTE projected $110k to $130k/yr).
  • Hybrid work schedule.
  • 20 to 30% travel required.
