About The Position

The Karner Blue Cafe Associate position involves providing prompt and courteous service to customers in a cafeteria or cafe setting. The associate will prepare and assist with Espresso orders, food preparation, and processing payments, while maintaining a clean and efficient environment. This is a full-time position with working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and it does not require working on weekends or major holidays.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to quality and food safety standards.
• Maintains clean and efficient work area.
• Demonstrates customer service behaviors.
• Processes transactions through Point Of Sale system.
• Completes end of day deposit.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Actively attends departmental meetings.
