About The Position
The Kansas Tourism Fiscal Manager will develop and administer the division's budget, manage the preparation and processing of all Kansas Tourism deposits, invoices, payment vouchers, fiscal authorizations, grant reimbursements, and approvals. This position will serve as the primary liaison for financial matters between the Kansas Tourism team and the Commerce Fiscal Division. As well as act as the division's purchasing manager, handling procurement tasks such as drafting prior authorizations and creating purchase orders.
