About The Position

We're looking for an experienced and driven Center Director to join us in our Kansas market! The salary for this position is $60,000-$65,000 D.O.E. Potential candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and able to lead in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
• Meet the Program Administrator qualifications for NAEYC accreditation
• Have knowledge of KS licensing requirements, childcare assistance, NAEYC, SEEDS, ezWRITE, STEAM, and curriculum
• Have management experience in a licensed childcare setting
• Must possess center director qualifications for schools with 100+ children

• Ability to satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations
• Documentation of U.S. Citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
