About The Position

Team Member is a multi-tasked position that may include a food Service venue. This position will need to possess the ability to be flexible with their essential job functions daily and learn a variety of skillsets from FOH operations to BOH production. Responsible for delivering an exceptionally high level of guest service and superior quality of products. Be versatile and accommodating to the ever-changing landscape of your assigned area, as this will enviably change day to day or on a per shift basis. Adheres to the Core Purpose and Core Values established by the Executive Team and Tribal Council. This position greets our guests (customers), complete sales transactions, and other duties as necessary to ensure our guests have a great experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Six months of related experience required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Good verbal communications.
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to follow direction in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage time effectively
A propensity to provide Superior Guest Service
Maintain smile and pleasant demeanor
Ability to obtain and maintain a Kalispel Tribal Work Permit.
Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
Payment Card Industry Training
Valid health card.
Hepatitis A & B vaccination.
Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certification
Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for business levels.
Participates in MASTRVP Program
Requires the ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make fine discrimination in sound.
Constantly requires verbally expressing or exchanging ideas of important instructions accurately, loudly, or quickly.

Responsibilities

Follow cash handling procedures.
Greet guests, complete sales transactions, and perform other duties as necessary to ensure a smoothly run shift while maintaining a sincere, caring and personable image for the guest and team.
Maintain organizational standards of quality, service, cleanliness and sanitation and safety.
Know the products, presentations, and prices of all products and specials.
Complete cleaning and stocking (restocking) duties in accordance with the appropriate daily operating procedure.
Prepare and/or restock any necessary fresh condiments.
Responsible for the proper use of gloves, utensils, and portion size of each item, including temperature of all products, and the quality presentation of all products.
Greet guests. Engage in additional conversation with guest while performing duties. Assist other stations when able.
Perform cleaning, set-up and breakdown duties as directed by management and position requirements.
Ensure inventory control/protection of organizational assets.
Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for Business Levels.
Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record.
