The Foreman role involves supervising, assigning, coordinating, and evaluating semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel based on their skill, experience, and job knowledge. This position is responsible for training employees to improve work quality and quantity, recommending further training to enhance skills and productivity, and assisting in developing training procedures. The Foreman breaks down broad strategies into practical action plans and ensures employees are trained to execute these plans. Compliance with all technical aspects of the job, including adherence to drawings and procedures, is crucial. The role also encompasses responsibility for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations that significantly impact the company's financial performance.
