About The Position

As a KÀ by Cirque du Soleil Showroom Gatekeeper, you'll play a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests from the moment they walk into the lobby until they depart. Gatekeepers are essential in delivering the outstanding theatrical atmosphere our guests expect. We're seeking bright, enthusiastic individuals who can greet guests with a smile, understand their needs, and go the extra mile to ensure they leave saying "WOW," creating memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of front of house / usher experience in a theatrical environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Scan and review tickets to verify guest entry and escort guests to their seats
• Assist in the performance by accurately executing production cues, managing props, escorting audience participants during the show, and preparing the venue for transitions between performances
• Collaborate with fellow “Gatekeepers” and performers in a constructive, non-competitive way to enhance the entertainment experience for guests
• Meet customer expectations while upholding the aesthetic environment, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring theater safety
• Stay informed about all on-site restaurants, services, shows, events, and amenities
