About The Position
Responsibilities include supervising, teaching and interacting with children in a classroom setting. Candidate should have a heart for ministry to children and implementing the core values of Water of Life Community Church.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field
- Completed and passed the CBEST
- Satisfactory "Live scan" fingerprint and child abuse index clearance by the DOJ
- Current CPR and First Aid Training
- Current TB test with negative results
- Aspire to be a Christian role model in accordance with 1 Timothy, chapter 3
- Be personally committed to the ideals, values and mission of WOL
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential information; refraining from gossip
- Ability to resolve issues according to Matthew 18
- Be/become a member at either Water of Life or a church with a similar Statement of Faith, and regularly attend its weekend services
