The candidate employs a variety of age and developmentally appropriate instructional methods and materials designed to meet the needs of all learners. The ideal candidate collaborates well with colleagues to teach health education and physical education to a diverse group of students. The candidate can successfully establish strong relationships with students, parents, and the community. The candidate has an understanding of Skills-Based Health Education and a willingness to participate in professional development to improve their practice.
