Requirements

Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Able to follow spoken and written directions
Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Proficient computer skills
Successfully pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred

Responsibilities

Schedules and assigns work assignments to the team and oversees completion of tasks
Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety, and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
Setting the team up for success by preparing the condiments and utensil areas
Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes work stations
Contributing to a positive work environment
Demonstrating integrity, dependability, and punctuality
Maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent guest service
Following food safety requirements/guidelines
Assists in daily paperwork, ordering and other related tasks
Other tasks assigned by the leadership team
