Position Overview: Conduct and update Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Monitor and analyze behavioral data using graphical representations to refine IEP goals and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Provide technical assistance and staff development on positive behavioral supports (PBIS) and crisis intervention techniques. Work with K-12 school personnel and families to ensure the consistent, high-fidelity ABA implementation.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree (for BCBA) or Bachelor’s Degree (for BCaBA) in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education
- Valid National BCBA or BCaBA Certification
- Active Florida State License
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Florida Background Screening
