About The Position
Walsh Jesuit High School has an excellent opportunity for an experienced boy's basketball coach for the Winter 2025-2026 season. Primary responsibilities include helping to provide Ignatian leadership and oversight to the JV Boys Basketball team including running practices, coaching during games, and attending banquets while maintaining the School’s standards for excellence in Christian values, sportsmanship and competitive success. In addition, motivating athletes and developing in game and out of game strategies are key to this position, while being able to develop a year round program.
Requirements
- prior experience coaching high school basketball
- familiarity with OHSAA rules and regulations
- excellent communication and planning skills
- Candidates must posses, or have the ability to obtain, an Ohio Pupil Activity Permit
