If you are looking to serve others, this is the place for you Job Duties: The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct supervision to direct care staff responsible for the safety and security of pre- and post-adjudicated delinquents, status offenders and juveniles bound over to Superior Court; as well as provide direct supervision to aforementioned juveniles. Personnel responsibilities include assisting in the hiring of staff, the training and orientation of new employees, the assignment of work, performance management, and ensuring staff meet and maintain certification requirements and comply with policies and procedures. Work is subject to close personal and physical contact with juveniles and decisions that are made impact the protection of state property, the physical safety of the juveniles, staff and the employee. This position is for 2nd Shift 6Pm-6Am and requires working holidays and weekends on a rotating basis. Must have a valid driver's license upon hire
