As a Juvenile Court Support Clerk , you’ll play an essential role in keeping court operations running smoothly by preparing, processing, and reviewing legal documents related to juvenile court cases. You’ll assist attorneys, the public, and court staff, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and in compliance with court rules and laws. This position is ideal for someone who values precision, organization, and meaningful public service in a professional legal setting. Requirements

  • Must be a high school graduate or have a certificate of successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) Test.
  • Have had at least two (2) years of full-time clerical work experience in a court setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process court documents to arrange hearings, update case files, and finalize orders.
  • Review legal paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with court procedures and laws.
  • Assist attorneys, judges, and the public by providing information on legal processes and case status.
  • Maintain case files and utilize court software to input, track, and retrieve case-related information.
