Seeking Lead Justice Support Counselor for Piedmont Community Services to provide triage on referrals for behavioral health services, complete brief assessments, service and discharge planning, linking to available services and supports, and brief motivational counseling to adults incarcerated in the catchment area. This position will also provide team leadership and administrative support for the Jail Diversion program. Knowledge of the justice system, Electronic Medical Records, Medicaid and licensure regulations, as well as direct clinical experience with justice-involved adults and licensure (LCSW, LCP, LMFT, LPC) preferred. Must be eligible to register for supervision toward licensure. Master's degree in a human services field sufficient for licensure is required. Salary is commensurate with appropriate education and experience as it relates to the position. Must be willing to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening as part of the application process.
