Dewberry is currently seeking a Project Manager – Justice Architect to work in our Peoria, IL; Elmhurst, IL; Tulsa, OK; Fairfax, VA or Orlando, FL office.   • Manage a growing roster of high-profile Justice clients.
  • Lead project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Develop scope/fees and manage project budget, client/consultant invoices, agreements, and contracts.
  • Supervise internal teams in the preparation of design deliverables for all phases of design.
  • Set, monitor, and maintain project budgets, work plans, and schedules through all phases of the design process.
  • Participate in Business Development and Marketing activities, including RFPs and Interviews.
  • Review and assure document accuracy for clients, consultants, and project teams.
  • Coordinate QA/QC processes and compliance with the office’s Quality Advocate and Architect of Record.
  • 10+ years of experience with a diverse portfolio of public and private sector work.
  • Licensed Architect required.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Google SketchUp.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams.
  • Expert knowledge of local code requirements.
  • Confident and effective interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Experience in business development and marketing activities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain robust client relationships.
