About The Position
At 1-800-GOT-JUNK? , we’re more than just junk removal, we’re creating clean, organized spaces and putting smiles on our customers’ faces. Southwind, the largest franchise group in the U.S., owns and operates 1-800-GOT-JUNK? locations nationwide. We’re growing fast and our Cleveland, OH team is looking for motivated go getters to join the movement. If you love being outdoors, working with a close knit team, and making an impact in your community, this is the job for you. You’ll be out on the road, meeting new people every day, and turning cluttered spaces into clean slates all while earning great pay and building real career skills.No experience? No problem. We’ll train you to succeed from day one.
Requirements
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Driver’s License : Valid standard driver’s license required.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Weekend shifts required Saturday or Sunday
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
- Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an Awesome Experience: Provide friendly, professional service to every customer.
- Drive & Operate: Navigate company trucks safely through Cleveland and surrounding areas.
- Sell with Confidence: Spot opportunities to upsell and provide on-site estimates that help customers while boosting your earnings.
- Get Moving: Lift, load, and remove items of all shapes and sizes both residential and commercial.
- Represent the Brand: Be the face of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in the Cleveland community.
