Requirements

- Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.
- Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
- Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
- Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills.
- Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Drive Local Revenue: Identify upselling opportunities and provide accurate on-site estimates that convert to sales
- Navigate Greenville Metro: Safely operate trucks through Greenville neighborhoods and surrounding communities
- Handle Diverse Removal Jobs: Perform both heavy and light lifting across varied properties
- Be Our Local Brand Ambassador: Represent our company professionally in the growing Greenville business community
- Mountain-Ready Workforce: Maintain safety awareness during all seasons, including hot summers and cold mountain winters
- Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
