This is a labor-intensive, route-based role that combines hauling junk, driving company trucks, and closing sales on-site. Pay & Incentives: Up to $25/hour (base pay + profit share + tips) Uncapped earning potential tied to performance Paid training and ongoing sales coaching What You’ll Do: Drive company trucks on assigned routes starting from our Honolulu office Perform physical junk removal from homes and businesses Lift, carry, and load items 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day Lead on-site pricing conversations and close sales Deliver professional, friendly customer service Work outdoors and in varied conditions every day Career Path: We promote from within. 85% of our leaders started out on the trucks! Requirements
- 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license
- Comfortable driving large vehicles and working on the road
- Strong work ethic and physically capable of repetitive heavy lifting
- Sales-minded, coachable, and motivated by performance pay
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
