As a Junk Removal Specialist, you’ll ride along in our shiny 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks, visit customers on-site, and provide exceptional service

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required)
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for most of the day
• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn

Responsibilities

• Performing walkthroughs with customers to identify items for removal
• Clearly explaining our upfront pricing and service process
• Safely removing and loading unwanted items (furniture, appliances, yard waste, etc.)
• Providing a positive, professional, and respectful customer experience
• Working closely with your team to complete each job efficiently

Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay + tips + performance bonuses (21-28 plus Average including base hourly , profit share a tips.

• Flexible scheduling - We offer 4-day work weeks, must be available to work at least ONE day over the weekend.
