Requirements
- 21+ with a valid driver's license
- Comfortable driving larger vehicles
- Physically strong and ready for hands-on work
- Sales-driven and motivated by performance pay
- Coachable, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a plus
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
- Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive company trucks on scheduled routes from our Honolulu location
- Remove unwanted items from homes and businesses
- Lift and load 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Lead pricing conversations and confidently close on-site sales
- Deliver professional, friendly, five-star customer service
- Work outdoors and stay active
