Requirements

Are 21+ with a valid CA driver’s license and a clean 3-year driving record
Have strong communication and sales skills
Enjoy working outdoors and staying active
Are dependable, energetic, and a team player
Can work at least one weekend day
Own a smartphone that can download multiple apps

Responsibilities

Start your day with a quick team huddle and route review
Hit the road in our shiny blue trucks with your teammate
Talk to customers, provide quotes, and close sales on-site
Load and haul items safely (75 lbs+) while representing our brand proudly
sort donations and recyclables (we’re committed to keeping items out of landfills)
Stay connected with dispatch for smooth daily operations
