Requirements

A great attitude! Previous customer service experience is an asset
21+ years of age and a valid driver's license (required for insurance purposes)
Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced, fun, physical working environment.
Able to lift at least 75+ lbs repeatedly!
Enjoy talking with customers on site residentially or commercially!
Experience in delivery, warehouse, retail, hospitality, sales, customer service or labor is preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle Junk Removal: Perform both heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
Sales Advocacy: Represent our brand professionally and provide accurate estimates to customers.
Commit to Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
