Requirements

  • Great Attitude: A positive mindset and eagerness to help others.
  • Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.
  • Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day.
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
  • Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly.
  • Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience: Previous customer service, driving, server, retail and general labor experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Driving: Drive to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items.
  • Physical Activity: Lift and remove items (Light & Heavy Lifting)
  • Positive Energy: Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job.
  • Training: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
