About The Position

The Junkluggers is an eco-friendly junk removal company. We help homeowners, businesses, and property managers clear out unwanted items — responsibly re-homing, recycling, or disposing of everything we collect. Our Junk Removal Professionals are important front-line team members who are the company's face to our valued customers. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members who genuinely care about customer service, making a positive impact on the community and the environmentcommit and like variety at work. This is not a desk job — you’ll be lifting, loading, sorting, and interacting with customers on-site while also learning the ins and outs of all aspects of the busienss. Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – this is a customer-facing role
Safety-first mindset
Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking.
Be comfortable driving a box truck (no CDL required
Must have and wear hard toe shoes while on the job

Responsibilities

Safely load, transport, and unload customer’s unwanted items.
Become an operational decision maker to run your route efficiently according to company standards
Partner with leadership to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement.
Potentially, drive and operate company vehicle. (No CDL needed. Training provided)
