About The Position
Clutch Junk Removal is seeking a dedicated Laborer/Driver to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This position is designed for individuals who are looking for flexible work opportunities, starting as an on-call or part-time role with the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate. The primary responsibilities include loading and unloading trailers and trucks with junk from various residential and commercial properties, assisting with the cleanup and organization of job sites, and performing light driving duties, which will involve easy routes to the landfill or scrapyard approximately 10% of the time. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors in various weather conditions. We are looking for individuals who can lift at least 70 lbs and are willing to participate in a video interview as part of the application process. While experience in junk removal or a similar labor job is preferred, we also welcome candidates who have experience driving trailers, although this is not a strict requirement. Our service area includes Baltimore, North Anne Arundel County, and East Howard County, and we are particularly interested in candidates residing near Hollins Market, Baltimore, MD, in the specified zip codes. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $17 to $22 per hour, with performance-based incentives, including tips, bonuses, and profit-sharing opportunities. We pride ourselves on providing a supportive and dynamic work environment with a flexible schedule that accommodates various shifts, including 4-hour and 8-hour shifts, as well as weekend availability as needed.
