Requirements

• Driver's License: Valid unrestricted driver's license necessary.
• Physical Capability: Must lift up to 75+ lbs. frequently.
• Relevant Background: Experience in delivery, moving, retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, sales or general labor.

Responsibilities

• Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
• Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
• Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement
