Pay & Earning Potential: Earn up to $22+ per hour (inclusive of $12/ hr base pay + profit share + tips) We offer Full Time (4+ shifts/week) Uncapped performance incentives — the more you fill the truck, the more you earn Various shifts are available as we operate 7 days a week - everyone works 1 weekend day each week This isn’t a flat hourly job — it’s a role where top performers consistently earn more! What You’ll Be Doing: Customer Service: Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service. Teamwork: Drive to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items. Physical Activity: Lift and remove items (ability to repeatedly lift and carry more than 50 lbs all through the day). Positive Energy: Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job. You’ll build skills in sales, negotiation, leadership, and operations — all transferable to long-term career growth. Requirements
