About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? Twin Cities is hiring for a Junk Removal & Customer Experience Specialist. This is an exciting, hands-on job where no two days are the same, offering opportunities to get strong and interact with people, with room to advance beyond manual labor. The role involves making a difference in customers' lives daily. The company, Southwind, owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is the world's largest junk removal company, committed to excellence in customer service and employee satisfaction, and is expanding across 50+ US locations. This position in Minneapolis, MN, also referred to as a Driver Laborer, plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales efforts. Comprehensive training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid standard driver’s license required.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. repeatedly.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Service: WOW our customers with your positive attitude and outstanding service.
Drive and Load Trucks Safely: Work with your team members to ensure efficient and safe truck operations.
Handle Junk Removal: Perform both heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
Sales Advocacy: Represent our brand professionally and provide accurate estimates to customers.
Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
Commit to Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
