An Operator is responsible for running the day-to-day field operations of the business. This includes: Overseeing multiple trucks and routes Coaching and developing sales and service team members Managing daily performance, revenue, and customer experience metrics Ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards Acting as a leader on the floor and supporting the growth of the business Sales Training & Development Learn how to confidently present pricing and build value on-site Develop objection-handling and closing skills Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance Gain transferable sales, leadership, and business skills No junk removal experience required. Requirements

  • Love getting paid to workout. Be able to lift 50+lbs repeatedly.
  • Valid driver's license
  • A reasonably clean driving record for the last 3 years
  • 21+ (required for insurance)
  • Reliable, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Driver’s License: Valid standard driver’s license required.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

Nice To Haves

  • No experience necessary! Customer service or sales experience considered an asset
  • Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.

  • Start each day at our Honolulu location and complete assigned routes

  • Assess jobs and provide clear, on-the-spot price estimates
  • Lead pricing conversations and close sales
  • Safely remove and transport items from homes and businesses
