Requirements

- Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.

- Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
- Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Teamwork: Drive to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items.
- Physical Activity: Lift and remove items (ability to repeatedly lift and carry more than 50 lbs all through the day).
- Positive Energy: Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job.
- You’ll build skills in sales, negotiation, leadership, and operations — all transferable to long-term career growth.
