We’re growing fast and our Kansas City team is looking for motivated go getters to join the movement. The Role: Junk & Route Sales Associate If you love being outdoors, working with a close knit team, and making an impact in your community, this is the job for you. You’ll be out on the road, meeting new people every day, and turning cluttered spaces into clean slates all while earning great pay and building real career skills. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you to succeed from day one.

- You’ve got sales instincts and love connecting with people.
- You’re physically active and enjoy hands-on work outdoors.
- You’re reliable and motivated, the kind of person your teammates can count on.
- You have a valid driver’s license and a positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an Awesome Experience: Provide friendly, professional service to every customer.
- Drive & Operate: Navigate company trucks safely through Kansas City and surrounding areas.
- Sell with Confidence: Spot opportunities to upsell and provide on-site estimates that help customers while boosting your earnings.
- Get Moving: Lift, load, and remove items of all shapes and sizes both residential and commercial.
- Represent the Brand: Be the face of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in the Kansas City community.
