Assist with setup, preparation, fit-up, and layout of metal components under supervision Perform basic welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on simple projects Support fabrication and assembly of metal weldments according to blueprints and instructions Operate hand tools, shop equipment, and hydraulic brake presses safely Participate in on-the-job training to continuously build welding and fabrication skills 0–5 years of welding experience or relevant vocational training, apprenticeship, or internship Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and complex blueprints Basic knowledge of welding standards (AWS/ASME), safety regulations, and quality requirements Familiarity with MIG and TIG welding techniques and a strong willingness to learn Dependable, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills Full-time position with stable working hours and overtime opportunities as needed Hands-on training and support toward AWS or ASME welding certifications Safe, well-equipped manufacturing environment with required PPE provided Opportunity to grow your skills and advance within a dynamic operations team Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and workplace safety Apply now! Requirements
- 0–5 years of welding experience or relevant vocational training, apprenticeship, or internship
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and complex blueprints
- Basic knowledge of welding standards (AWS/ASME), safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Familiarity with MIG and TIG welding techniques and a strong willingness to learn
- Dependable, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills
