About The Position

Your Role: As the Jr Web Developer, your role includes supporting the development, maintenance, and optimization of community websites and digital platforms, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure functionality, performance, and user experience across all web properties. What You’ll Do: Develop, support, and administer web-based CMS platforms including WordPress and HubSpot Build and maintain community websites across the organization Create website layouts and user interfaces using HTML and CSS Support SEO efforts, lead generation forms, and CRM/marketing automation integrations Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and implement updates Perform testing across browsers and mobile devices for responsive design Maintain, expand, and scale websites and platforms Create and maintain technical documentation Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
• 2+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and HubSpot
• Experience with back-end frameworks such as .Net or Node.js
• Knowledge of UI/UX design best practices
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
