About The Position
The Unified Communications Engineer, Operations is responsible for understanding and helping to provide support of the enterprise-wide Unified Communications infrastructure. This role involves managing day-to-day operations of various communication, voice, and voice recording platforms. The position requires monitoring of system dashboards for active alerting systems.
