About The Position

Hypha is an AI-native platform transforming asset management across the full lifecycle—acquisition, management, and exit. Focused on healthcare facilities and multifamily real estate, we're revolutionizing the industry through three key pillars: Observability: Providing real-time visibility into asset performance, deal progress, and market conditions for all stakeholders Intelligence: Enabling AI-driven multidimensional optimization with risk scores, tax strategies, and benchmarking Orchestration: Creating seamless workflows and a single source of truth to eliminate inefficiencies Role Overview Contract: 6 months (in-house) · Option to convert to permanent based on need + mutual fit We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of financial collaboration and AI-assisted workflows. You'll work closely with the Founding Designer to bring clarity, structure, and polish to our product suite - Synthesis (Document Management), Cortex (Intelligence Engine), and Flow (Collaboration & Orchestration). This role is ideal for someone who is strong in execution, systems thinking, and rapid iteration.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in brand, visual, or graphic design (agency or in-house)
  • Are strong in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Can build and ship pages in Webflow or Framer
  • Have some chops in motion/animation (After Effects, Lottie, or similar) — even if you're still building this skill
  • Think in systems: you'd rather build a template than redesign something every time
  • Have a portfolio that shows range, craft, and taste — not just polished case studies
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without a 30-page brief
  • Care about the details but know when "done" beats "perfect"

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at an early-stage startup or small team
  • Familiarity with brand strategy or positioning work
  • Basic motion/video editing skills
  • Familiarity with and interest in building with Claude Code
  • Interest in product or UI design (this role could grow in that direction)

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day creative Ad hoc assets as they come up: social posts, email headers, event collateral, one-pagers. Startup life — you know the deal.
  • Extend the visual brand language Take our existing logo, typography, and color system and build it out — defining how illustration, photography, iconography, layout, and motion show up across channels. Document it so anyone on the team can stay on-brand.
  • Deck templates + reusable social assets Design a modular pitch/sales deck template and a library of social templates that the team can self-serve. Think systems, not one-offs.
  • Website redesign Partner with us to redesign our marketing site — from concept through build. You'll own the visual design and implement it in Webflow or Framer.
