Our actions reflect our values of honesty, reliability, openness, and humility. Your Role: Treasure Data is looking for a Junior Video Producer & Editor to help us tell clear, compelling stories about our product and our customers. This is a hands-on, specialist role for an early-career filmmaker. You will be the primary driver of our video content, spending roughly 85% of your time on end-to-end video production—from being behind the camera to the final edit. You will be responsible for making our brand and our customers look and sound professional across every frame.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience with a portfolio that proves you can shoot and edit professional-grade video.
  • Production Literacy: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and foundational knowledge of After Effects for video titles and transitions.
  • On-Set Skills: Demonstrated ability to set up lighting and audio for "talking head" interviews independently.
  • The "Eye": A strong sense of pacing, continuity, and visual composition.

Nice To Haves

  • Visual Design: Experience with Photoshop or Illustrator for creating video thumbnails or basic marketing assets.
  • Web Awareness: A basic understanding of Figma or web design principles (helpful for understanding where your videos will live).
  • Storyboarding: Ability to sketch out visual concepts during the planning phase.
  • SaaS Interest: Curiosity about how data and AI are transforming the enterprise landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Field Production: Lead the setup and execution of video shoots, managing camera operation, 3-point lighting, and high-quality audio capture for interviews and customer case studies.
  • Narrative Editing: Cut raw footage into engaging stories, ranging from 30-second social clips to 3-minute brand features.
  • Product Demos: Partner with product teams to film and edit high-quality platform walk-throughs and feature announcements.
  • Technical Post-Production: Own the "finish" of every video, including color correction, audio leveling/mixing, and adding polished intro/outro sequences.
  • Pre-Production: Assist in storyboarding, location scouting, and preparing "talent" (employees and customers) for their time on camera.
  • AI Tool Adoption: Comfortable incorporating AI-powered tools into creative and production workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall content quality.
  • Video Enhancements: Create and implement motion titles, lower-thirds, and basic animated call-outs to highlight key data points within your videos.
