The team provides end-to-end content and campaign execution from strategy through production and deployment. ✍ Short Description: We’re seeking a Junior Video Editor & Colorist with a strong sense of style, storytelling, and luxury aesthetics. In this role, you will edit and color-grade short- and long-form assets, shape narrative flow for high-impact social and brand content, and deliver polished, editorial-quality outputs on deadline. You will collaborate closely with creative and marketing stakeholders, align deliverables to brand standards, and apply performance learnings to improve future content. 🌎 Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only) 🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+) ⏰ Schedule: Full-time, aligned with EST 😀 Start Date: ASAP 💰 Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary in USD Remote-first flexibility. Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and color grading work (required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; ability to deliver polished, editorial-style content.
  • Understanding of social media trends and what drives viral, high-performing content.
  • Experience working with brands; luxury industry exposure is a strong plus.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and optimize content accordingly.

Nice To Haves

  • +3 years with Adobe Creative Suite
  • +1 year with DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and color-grade video assets to an editorial, luxury standard across social and brand channels
  • Shape narrative flow for engagement by aligning pacing, music, and story to briefed goals
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing partners to uphold brand guidelines and campaign needs
  • Apply performance insights and current social trends to optimize outputs
  • Manage deadlines and deliverables efficiently within a fast-moving production schedule
