What You Will Be Doing: Member of Shelter’s Digital Strategy group supporting key business functions by providing user/customer experience and design support. This role will provide support for internal and external applications and websites. This role will also be a member of the Digital Strategy team and support other corporate projects. Requirements

Understanding of user experience and customer experience concepts and practices.
Understanding of basic web site design and design tools.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Ability to communicate with different stakeholders; technical and business.
Educational background in human factors, psychology, communications, journalism, design or other related fields or prior experience in communication, journalism or design roles.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience typically required.
Typically requires zero to three years of experience in a design role or applicable educational background.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
Portfolio of work or Project Examples are required.

Responsibilities

Member of Shelter’s Digital Strategy group supporting key business functions by providing user/customer experience and design support.
