What You Will Be Doing: Member of Shelter’s Digital Strategy group supporting key business functions by providing user/customer experience and design support. This role will provide support for internal and external applications and websites. This role will also be a member of the Digital Strategy team and support other corporate projects. Requirements

  • Understanding of user experience and customer experience concepts and practices.
  • Understanding of basic web site design and design tools.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to communicate with different stakeholders; technical and business.
  • Educational background in human factors, psychology, communications, journalism, design or other related fields or prior experience in communication, journalism or design roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience typically required.
  • Typically requires zero to three years of experience in a design role or applicable educational background.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Portfolio of work or Project Examples are required.

Responsibilities
