About The Position
As a Junior Underwriter at Liberis, you will support the Underwriting team in their daily activities, learning the fundamentals of underwriting while ensuring the delivery of fast, fair, and responsible finance to small businesses. Your role will involve assisting in the review and processing of new and repeat funding applications, gathering and preparing financial and business information for underwriters, and liaising directly with customers to request additional information or clarify data. You will also help maintain underwriting records and documentation, learn how to evaluate risk and underwrite deals, and support process improvements by sharing observations and suggestions.
