About The Position

TransPerfect is seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining web and mobile application interfaces, collaborating with product managers and developers, and ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across all platforms. You will also conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs, while staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma or other design tools.
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Knowledge of responsive design for mobile and web applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
• Understanding of current design trends and best practices.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain web and mobile application interfaces according to requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for mobile and web applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across all platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Communicate and present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis.
• Work within established brand guidelines and design systems to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all applications.
