For more information visit www.marex.com Purpose of Role: Marex is seeking a Junior Trader for the TBA Desk (To-be-announced (TBA) securities). This individual will be an ambitious and proactive individual in a junior level position with the ability to work autonomously, and also as part of a team. Provide support to senior brokers with market color, orders, and post-trade analysis. Marex has unique access across markets with significant share globally both on and off exchange. Experience on a trading desk, particularly in the TBA market

Responsibilities

Analyze financial data and market microstructure for patterns.
Contribute to TBA product trading capability to support liquidity for clients.
To-be-announced (TBA) securities.
Assist Senior Traders in managing market risk for the TBA product.
Perform post-trade analysis.
Work with senior traders to acquire in-depth knowledge of financial markets, modeling, and risk management.
Assist Senior Traders with order pricings and order management.
Proactively review trade flow and middle/back-office processes to create efficiencies.
Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.
Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
